Whiskers and Worlds

“Whiskers and Worlds” is a personal short film created entirely in Blender, featuring a meditating samurai cat who transitions through four emotional states: Fog of Uncertainty, Ember of Passion, Cosmic Serenity, and Divine Stillness.

Each state is visualized through changing world shaders, animated lighting, procedural materials, and stylized visual language — blending Grease Pencil, painterly textures, and custom reflective pool shaders.

This was both a technical and emotional experiment to explore how a character’s internal journey can be expressed through evolving atmospheres and visual rhythm.
